in Jacksonville Florida who lives right on the flight path of the Naval Air
station there who advised that starting early yesterday morning there has
been a constant flow of huge unmarked military transport planes landing
non-stop since. He thinks they’re C130′s and C17′s also. He said he’s never
in all the years there seen more than a dozen per day. These jets are
silver and plain, no tail markings. Do we have anyone here who can add to
this?”
”I had several high level militia members call me with Intel confirmed on
UN soldiers being flown into Indiana on 130s and c17s bein issued US army
name tapes and ranks and being put under order of DHS on top of that
multiple armed swat raids being led by IRS in south multiple people taken

But with the War on Terror taking center stage in the United States for the last decade, elements within the government have been working tirelessly to expand the mission of the US military on the domestic front.First, they passed the Patriot Act, which gave the government sweeping new powers to categorize any individual as a terrorist, whether they are operating on foreign lands or here at home. In 2011, as America brought in the New Year, they signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act, which made it possible for American citizens who were categorized as domestic terrorists under the Patriot Act to be detained and imprisoned indefinitely without charge or trial.Finally, last week we learned that, as President Obama came under fire for the many scandals rocking his administration, the government was quietly moving to give the Department of Defense unprecedented authority on U.S. soil, effectively nullifying Posse Comitatus.
First, the senate is debating an expansion of the already broad powers of the 2001 Authorization to Use Military Force (AUMF) so the U.S. can essentially engage any area in the world in the war on terror, including America. Which brings us to the second development: the Pentagon has recently granted itself police powers on American soil.
Assistant Secretary of Defense Michael Sheehan told Congress yesterday that the AUMF authorized the US military to operate on a worldwide battlefield from Boston to Pakistan. Sheehan emphasized that the Administration is authorized to put boots on the ground wherever the enemy chooses to base themselves, essentially ignoring the declaration of war clause in the US Constitution.
While Americans were distracted with three developing scandals pushed by both wings of the mainstream media, sinister developments were taking place behind closed doors. In essence, the US military has granted itself the power to deploy troops on the streets of America without approval from the President or Congress, and the AUMF, which was originally designed to target the terrorists responsible for 9/11, has been expanded to give the government authority to use military assets on the domestic front without a declaration from Congress.

In fact, Senator Angus King went so far as to say that the hearing he was involved in was the most astonishing and disturbing hearing he has ever seen.
Even John McCain, war hawk John McCain, came out and said the government has gone way beyond its authority.
What are they talking about? The AUMF – Authorization to Use Military Force.
This piece of legislation that was put into place way back when we started the war on terror that is now turning from foreign enemies to YOU. Don’t be shocked by that, because you are on the list if you are a freedom minded, free thinker that believes in a Constitutional Republic.
They are changing the wording of this thing so that the military can be used on the streets of this country.
It’s not a conspiracy theory. It’s not some kind of a fancy fantasy that may come true down the road.
It is happening right now, in the guise of other news events that are not news events.
Even more terrifying is the fact that West Point has come out recently and said that you – if you have a theory that the federal government is trying to take over and implement a national police force – you could fall into the category of a domestic terrorist.
A domestic terrorist that can be dealt with by military force…

I am updating this story this morning to share with you details of an interview I have done with a Sergeant of the Nashua, New Hampshire Police Department. In following up by calling the PD in Nashua, I first spoke with a helpful receptionist whom responded in disbelief when I informed her of an ‘armored tank’ on the streets of Nashua. I informed her that millions of Americans believe that the US govt is preparing for economic collapse and martial law and that military drills are happening now all across the country in violation of what was once known as ‘Posse Comitatus’. She told me she’d pass me on to the Sergeant.
In speaking with this unnamed officer who may be reading this right now, I informed him of the same things and that we had pictures of an armored vehicle on his streets. He, too, claimed to be unaware of any such activities though he did inform me that the Nashua police department DOES drills with SWAT teams in preparation for unforseen catastrophic events in which such machinery and personnel would be necessary. However, he could not confirm any such drill had taken place at the time. The Sergeant was very pleasant to speak with and informed me that I could call him at any time. Though many comments left on this story seek to discredit this ‘armored tank’ as nothing, that alone clearly shows how far we’ve fallen into a ‘police state’ in America via the process known as incrementalism, also used by Adolf Hitler. Original story down much further below. First, a brief and extremely important lesson from history.:
History shows us that as free nations become complacent, they become vulnerable to manipulation. Most dictatorships rise gradually — a step at a time. Smooth talking politicians make each incremental step seem reasonable, because the masses are blind to the tides of change. The wisdom of Wendell Phillips fades away: “Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.”
Austria illustrates the power of gradualism. In 1933, it was a free nation. In 1934, its government began to centralize its power and welcome the influence of Nazi sympathizers. By 1938, it had become a Nazi dictatorship .
The downward slide began with one crisis after another. A third of the people were out of work, inflation rose to 25%, and political turmoil caused civil unrest. People longed for a leader to rescue them. Adolf Hitler campaigned in Austria, promising to solve their problems if they were annexed to Germany. A persuasive speaker, he gave them hope and won their hearts. The Austrian people voted him in.[1]
Why? How could the Austrians be so blind? The answer is simple: they faced hard times, so they chose to believe Hitler’s promises. They didn’t see him as we do — brutal, arrogant, narcissistic and ruthlessly ambitious. That image came later, when it was too late to escape his grasp. In the beginning, Hitler appeared as a caring, charismatic, captivating visionary.[2] His words brought hope of prosperity, and his public image was intentionally shaped with pictures of his smiles, benevolent deeds and warm encounters with children and babies.[3]
After the annexation, new government jobs were created and order was restored. The people were encouraged and hopeful, and — for a short while — the nation prospered. Then it crashed. This transformation is described by Kitty Werthmann:[4]
“I lived in Austria under Adolf Hitler’s regime for seven years. Dictatorship did not happen overnight. It was a gradual process starting with national identification cards, which we had to carry with us at all times…. Gun registration followed, with a lot of talk about gun safety and hunting accidents…. Freedom of speech was the next target…. With a large network of informers, people were afraid to say anything political, even in their own homes.”
She tells of other changes, including nationalization of education; indoctrination of children; socialized medicine; government control of businesses; and a lack of respect for human life. Before the annexation, most Austrian mothers stayed at home to take care of their children. Under Nazi rule, both parents had to work, so the children were sent to government-run daycare centers.
Gun control came in two stages. First there was gun registration, and then the people were required to give up their guns. Once the people were unarmed, they had no way of defending themselves against the Nazis. After that, political correctness replaced freedom of speech; taxes were increased to eighty percent (i.e., four fifths of income); the nation was filled with informers; anybody who spoke against the government was arrested; and the people lived in constant fear.
In Austria, the transformation from freedom to dictatorship was incremental. No nation is immune to such things, including the United States. In fact, America seems to be following some of the same incremental stops toward totalitarianism.

He has called the Nashua Police Dept to get some answers as to who these individuals were and why they were roaming the streets in this armored tank-like vehicle.

New information on the 2000 election, information now in the hands of top military officials in the US, conclusively proves that America’s government is in “free fall.””
In 2000, a criminal conspiracy overthrew the government of the United States through violence, threats of violence and massive fraud.
In light of what many believe to be the upcoming collapse, world war, economic meltdown, climate sabotage, global pandemics and radiation threats, key evidence has been brought forward.
The oft spoken of New World Order is now much more than conspiracy or myth.The United States is now and has been little more than a colony, to be bled dry.
It is now clearly recognized that this organization stands ready to destroy the last vestiges of human civilization in service of some indiscernible goal. Ascribing the term “reptilian” to these machinations is an insult to a viper.
Some Have Had “Enough”
In recognition of the current state of emergency, leaders of America’s military and intelligence community loyal to constitutional authority have taken exception with the continuity of governmental and command authority.
This is not a specific challenge to the Obama presidency but rather a clear recognition of the seizure of political authority in the US (and most other western nations) has ended all representative government.
By this standard, all governmental actions of the United States since that time will be “null and void.” However, the dead will still be dead, the maimed and despondent, countless in number, may look for what solace they can.
The old dialectic, “republic or democracy” is passé, much of the world exists under the slavery of a New WorldOrder or is awaiting doom. Not all will pass into the darkness as sheep, as happened in America and her “allies.”
“The People against the New World Order”
Legally, George W. Bush was never the President of the United States, according to legal opinions now under broad acceptance with America’s top commanders.
Authorities now cite the election of former Vice President Al Gore. The same authorities demand both the restoration of the Gore presidency and the impeachment of Gore for failure to assume office though legally elected.
Records of Supreme Court deliberations during their bizarre move against the constitution in 2000 show that they were aware, not just of broad electronic vote rigging but that five court members were fully involved in a plot against the United States, knowingly complicit in a coup that involved broad threats of violence, blackmail and bribery on a massive scale.

Background
A group closely aligned with a “not so hidden” world government made up of financial criminals, oil and defense corporations, groups like the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and Bilderbergers and extremist groups that penetrated all western military and intelligence commands exercised a violent overthrow of the government of the United States
The operational planning group was the Project for a New American Century (PNAC), tasked with rigging the 2000 election, organizing the corporate media behind the coup
As some may remember, the Supreme Court appointed George W. Bush as president, on a 5/4 vote on pure party lines. Retired Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, in recent public revelations has “strongly hinted” at the court’s legal misconduct in 2000.
Less publicly, secret deliberations, now in the hands of key leaders, penetrate the secrecy behind this critical time.The Supreme Court, led by a five-member cabal at the heart of the coup, knowingly abrogated state’s rights, separation of powers and equal protection provisions of the constitution to empower a criminal conspiracy intent on unleashing an American dictatorship on the world as a “super-cop.”
As early as 1999, PNAC had announced the need for “a new Pearl Harbor” to condition the American people to accept a consolidation of totalitarian authority and a permanent state of warfare.
The subsequent planning and execution of 9/11 was only one aspect of the broader plan; seizing the government, 9/11, suspending civil rights, rigging congressional districts, instill “true believers” in military and government and setting up a multi-national world government to manage a quasi-global slave state.
Experts in nearly every field all agree on one thing, collapse is imminent.
Correcting Course
Restoration of constitutional authority, the basis of all “oaths of allegiance” for those serving with the authority of “the republic” requires the restoration of said republic and its last elected president. Thus, Albert Gore is the last legally elected president and must, by law, fulfill his term of office
Two branches of government are, technically, in rebellion against the United States.
The Supreme Court of the United States has strayed, an understatement of Olympic proportions.
Evidence of a conspiracy against the court to overthrow the government exists. Dissenting members of the court were subject to threats of violence against their persons and families as was President Gore.
This has been confirmed
Subsequent acts of the court, the utter and absolute failure to uphold constitutional guarantees time and time again has been a travesty.
It has been treasonous, from Citizen’s United to the congressional redistricting which denied “equal protection and representation” to over 100 million Americans.
When the Supreme Court allowed suspension of habeas corpus, all semblance of representative government ended.
When they allowed murder, kidnapping and torture, ending all “due process,” they became war criminals.
The “Horrible House”
The US House of Representatives is now a tyranny controlled entirely by minority party under the control of criminal elements. Nearly half the members of the “majority party” would lose their seats but for bizarre gerrymandered districts, some geographies of phantasmagorical mien.
The 2012 Mob Ploy
During the 2012 election, drug cartel kingpin Mitt Romney received over $1 billion in “contributions,” much from narcotics, human trafficking and gambling backers.
Gambling boss, Sheldon Adelson spent $100 million, a number personal cited by President Obama.
Prior to the election, documents were released by sources within the FBI and Mexican intelligence agencies revealing that Mitt Romney, working closely with the Castro government and former members of Soviet intelligence services, managed hundreds of secret “slush fund” offshore accounts for key government and military leaders.
These accounts were funded through the generous contributions of the Mexican drug cartels and the CIA’s burgeoning narcotics operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.
This relationship, which some believed began with Carlos Salinas and Mitt Romney at Harvard, actually began generations before. The Bush/Romney financial partnership, built, initially on profits from Nazi war industries, now dwarfs even the Rothschild cartel for “funds under management.”
DHS, Neither “Home” Nor “Secure”
The Department of Homeland Security is an Israeli controlled organization tasked by the New World Order to infect every aspect of American society in lieu of a declaration of full martial law.
The Wanta, Reagan, Mitterand Protocols
As things are now, only the “Wanta trillions” can save the United States from the grip of the New World “Dis-Order.”
Keeping America ignorant of the truth about the “protocols” is vital to those who continue to bleed America dry.
At one time, speaking of a “trillion dollars” was considered absurd. In recent years, despite obfuscation, psychological operations, disinformation, propaganda and simply corrupt news “Imagineering,” the public has learned that banks created“funny money,” amounting to what is now estimated to be $5 quadrillion dollars.
That would be 5 million billion dollars or 5,000 trillion dollars.
Don’t worry, none of it is real. We call this money “derivatives.” $10 trillion of the US national debt is money “invented” to keep foreign banks alive that got confused, they were no longer able to tell their real from their phony cash.
They were considered “too big to fail.”
The largest “poke” of real cash in the world is money accumulated by Ameritrust Corporation, solely controlled by Lee Wanta, former Reagan White House Intelligence Chief.
A trading platform for world currencies, including and especially the Soviet ruble, eventually yielded a very real $27 trillion, of which nearly one third belonged to Wanta personally.
The rest was to be used to finance the future of the United States as a debt free nation in perpetuity. That wouldn’t be allowed!
The Wanta cash is real. Most of the $27 trillion has long been distributed to Bush cronies, the international banking cartel that overthrew the US government and put “little Bush” in the oval office, much to the dismay of the human race
Wanta sat in a Swiss dungeon as the Bush cartel plundered the birthright of the American people.
However, well over $7 trillion has been located and legally assigned for payment to Lee Wanta. Al Gore knows. The Pentagon knows.
The Bush family knows.
Federal courts have ordered the Department of Treasury and the Federal Reserve to remit the funds, now deposited with the International Monetary Fund.
Military leaders in the United States are hesitant to continue “sitting on their hands” with Wanta’s offer on the table, a massive pay-down of the national debt and broad private financing of massive public works projects in the United States.
The Ticking Clock
There is a war within our own government and military. The forces that would ask President Obama to step down from office voluntarily on constitutional grounds are, oddly enough, closely aligned with Secretary of Defense Hagel and Chairman of the JCOS, General Martin Dempsey.
They are, in fact, Obama supporters.
Against them are the very real forces of darkness, that “vast conspiracy” spoken of so many years ago by First Lady Hillary Clinton.
The “grand conspiracy,” the New World Order, is playing a new game, inventing wild conspiracies over Benghazi, a wild narrative of conjecture and fabrication intended to ensnare those who are stupid enough to accept “facts” from corporate controlled media.
While this dance continues, America is either being dragged into world war over Syria, or, through failure to show leadership, will be supplanted throughout the Middle East and Central Asia by Russia and China.
America is, it seems, addicted to its own lies.

May 20, 2013 “Information Clearing House” -”TruthDig” - Joe Sacco and I spent two years reporting from the poorest pockets of the United States for our book “Days of Destruction, Days of Revolt.” We went into our nation’s impoverished “sacrifice zones”—the first areas forced to kneel before the dictates of the marketplace—to show what happens when unfettered corporate capitalism and ceaseless economic expansion no longer have external impediments.
We wanted to illustrate what unrestrained corporate exploitation does to families, communities and the natural world. We wanted to challenge the reigning ideology of globalization and laissez-faire capitalism to illustrate what life becomes when human beings and the ecosystem are ruthlessly turned into commodities to exploit until exhaustion or collapse. And we wanted to expose as impotent the formal liberal and governmental institutions that once made reform possible, institutions no longer equipped with enough authority to check the assault of corporate power.
What has taken place in these sacrifice zones—in postindustrial cities such as Camden, N.J., and Detroit, in coalfields of southern West Virginia where mining companies blast off mountaintops, in Indian reservations where the demented project of limitless economic expansion and exploitation worked some of its earliest evil, and in produce fields where laborers often endure conditions that replicate slavery—is now happening to much of the rest of the country. These sacrifice zones succumbed first. You and I are next.
Corporations write our legislation. They control our systems of information. They manage the political theater of electoral politics and impose our educational curriculum. They have turned the judiciary into one of their wholly owned subsidiaries. They have decimated labor unions and other independent mass organizations, as well as having bought off the Democratic Party, which once defended the rights of workers. With the evisceration of piecemeal and incremental reform—the primary role of liberal, democratic institutions—we are left defenseless against corporate power.
The Department of Justice seizure of two months of records of phone calls to and from editors and reporters at The Associated Press is the latest in a series of dramatic assaults against our civil liberties. The DOJ move is part of an effort to hunt down the government official or officials who leaked information to the AP about the foiling of a plot to blow up a passenger jet. Information concerning phones of Associated Press bureaus in New York, Washington, D.C., and Hartford, Conn., as well as the home and mobile phones of editors and reporters, was secretly confiscated. This, along with measures such as the use of the Espionage Act against whistle-blowers, will put a deep freeze on all independent investigations into abuses of government and corporate power.
Seizing the AP phone logs is part of the corporate state’s broader efforts to silence all voices that defy the official narrative, the state’s Newspeak, and hide from public view the inner workings, lies and crimes of empire. The person or persons who provided the classified information to the AP will, if arrested, mostly likely be prosecuted under the Espionage Act. That law was never intended when it was instituted in 1917 to silence whistle-blowers. And from 1917 until Barack Obama took office in 2009 it was employed against whistle-blowers only three times, the first time against Daniel Ellsberg for leaking the Pentagon Papers in 1971. The Espionage Act has been used six times by the Obama administration against government whistle-blowers, including Thomas Drake.
The government’s fierce persecution of the press—an attack pressed by many of the governmental agencies that are arrayed against WikiLeaks, Bradley Manning, Julian Assange and activists such as Jeremy Hammond—dovetails with the government’s use of the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force to carry out the assassination of U.S. citizens; of the FISA Amendments Act, which retroactively makes legal what under our Constitution was once illegal—the warrantless wiretapping and monitoring of tens of millions of U.S. citizens; and of Section 1021 of the National Defense Authorization Act, which permits the government to have the military seize U.S. citizens, strip them of due process and hold them in indefinite detention. These measures, taken together, mean there are almost no civil liberties left.
A handful of corporate oligarchs around the globe have everything—wealth, power and privilege—and the rest of us struggle as part of a vast underclass, increasingly impoverished and ruthlessly repressed. There is one set of laws and regulations for us; there is another set of laws and regulations for a power elite that functions as a global mafia.
We stand helpless before the corporate onslaught. There is no way to vote against corporate power. Citizens have no way to bring about the prosecution of Wall Street bankers and financiers for fraud, military and intelligence officials for torture and war crimes, or security and surveillance officers for human rights abuses. The Federal Reserve is reduced to printing money for banks and financiers and lending it to them at almost zero percent interest; corporate officers then lend it to us at usurious rates as high as 30 percent. I do not know what to call this system. It is certainly not capitalism. Extortion might be a better word. The fossil fuel industry, meanwhile, relentlessly trashes the ecosystem for profit.
The melting of 40 percent of the summer Arctic sea ice is, to corporations, a business opportunity. Companies rush to the Arctic and extract the last vestiges of oil, natural gas, minerals and fish stocks, indifferent to the death pangs of the planet. The same corporate forces that give us endless soap operas that pass for news, from the latest court proceedings surrounding O.J. Simpson to the tawdry details of the Jodi Arias murder trial, also give us atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide that surpass 400 parts per million. They entrance us with their electronic hallucinations as we waiver, as paralyzed with fear as Odysseus’ sailors, between Scylla and Charybdis.
There is nothing in 5,000 years of economic history to justify the belief that human societies should structure their behavior around the demands of the marketplace. This is an absurd, utopian ideology. The airy promises of the market economy have, by now, all been exposed as lies. The ability of corporations to migrate overseas has decimated our manufacturing base. It has driven down wages, impoverishing our working class and ravaging our middle class.
It has forced huge segments of the population—including those burdened by student loans—into decades of debt peonage. It has also opened the way to massive tax shelters that allow companies such as General Electric to pay no income tax. Corporations employ virtual slave labor in Bangladesh and China, making obscene profits. As corporations suck the last resources from communities and the natural world, they leave behind, as Joe Sacco and I saw in the sacrifice zones we wrote about, horrific human suffering and dead landscapes. The greater the destruction, the greater the apparatus crushes dissent.
More than 100 million Americans—one-third of the population—live in poverty or a category called “near poverty.” Yet the stories of the poor and the near poor, the hardships they endure, are rarely told by a media that is owned by a handful of corporations—Viacom, General Electric, Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp., Clear Channel and Disney. The suffering of the underclass, like the crimes of the power elite, has been rendered invisible.
In the Lakota Indian reservation at Pine Ridge, S.D., in the United States’ second poorest county, the average life expectancy for a male is 48. This is the lowest in the Western Hemisphere outside of Haiti. About 60 percent of the Pine Ridge dwellings, many of which are sod huts, lack electricity, running water, adequate insulation or sewage systems. In the old coal camps of southern West Virginia, amid poisoned air, soil and water, cancer is an epidemic.
There are few jobs. And the Appalachian Mountains, which provide the headwaters for much of the Eastern Seaboard, are dotted with enormous impoundment ponds filled with heavy metals and toxic sludge. In order to breathe, children go to school in southern West Virginia clutching inhalers. Residents trapped in the internal colonies of our blighted cities endure levels of poverty and violence, as well as mass incarceration, that leave them psychologically and emotionally shattered. And the nation’s agricultural workers, denied legal protection, are often forced to labor in conditions of unpaid bondage. This is the terrible algebra of corporate domination. This is where we are all headed. And in this accelerated race to the bottom we will end up as serfs or slaves.
Rebel. Even if you fail, even if we all fail, we will have asserted against the corporate forces of exploitation and death our ultimate dignity as human beings. We will have defended what is sacred. Rebellion means steadfast defiance. It means resisting just as have Bradley Manning and Julian Assange, just as has Mumia Abu-Jamal, the radical journalist whom Cornel West, James Cone and I visited in prison last week in Frackville, Pa. It means refusing to succumb to fear. It means refusing to surrender, even if you find yourself, like Manning and Abu-Jamal, caged like an animal. It means saying no. To remain safe, to remain “innocent” in the eyes of the law in this moment in history is to be complicit in a monstrous evil. In his poem of resistance, “If We Must Die,” Claude McKay knew that the odds were stacked against African-Americans who resisted white supremacy. But he also knew that resistance to tyranny saves our souls. McKay wrote:
If we must die, let it not be like hogs
Hunted and penned in an inglorious spot,
While round us bark the mad and hungry dogs,
Making their mock at our accursèd lot.
If we must die, O let us nobly die
So that our precious blood may not be shed
In vain; then even the monsters we defy
Shall be constrained to honor us though dead!
O kinsmen! We must meet the common foe!
Though far outnumbered let us show us brave,
And for their thousand blows deal one death blow!
What though before us lies the open grave?
Like men we’ll face the murderous, cowardly pack,
Pressed to the wall, dying, but fighting back!
It is time to build radical mass movements that defy all formal centers of power and make concessions to none. It is time to employ the harsh language of open rebellion and class warfare. It is time to march to the beat of our own drum. The law historically has been a very imperfect tool for justice, as African-Americans know, but now it is exclusively the handmaiden of our corporate oppressors; now it is a mechanism of injustice. It was our corporate overlords who launched this war. Not us. Revolt will see us branded as criminals. Revolt will push us into the shadows. And yet, if we do not revolt we can no longer use the word “hope.”

The Department of Defense now authorizes the domestic deployment of US troops in “the conduct of operations other than war” including law enforcement activities and the quelling of “civil disturbances”: “Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances…“
These developments –which are currently the object of heated debate– are the result of more than ten years of “repressive legislation” which increasingly points to the “fusion of the police and military functions both within the US and abroad”.
In a path breaking article published by Global Research in 2003, award winning author Frank Morales shows how the post 911 “Patriot Act” which he describes as a “repressive coordination” had set the stage for the militarization of America, namely “a form of state terrorism directed against the American people and democracy itself.”

The “PATRIOT Act” is a repressive “coordination” of the entities of force and deception, the police, intelligence and the military. It broadens, centralizes and combines the surveillance, arrest and harassment capabilities of the police and intelligence apparatus. Homeland defense is, in essence, a form of state terrorism directed against the American people and democracy itself. It is the Pentagon Inc. declaring war on America.
The “domestic war on terrorism” hinges upon the Pentagon’s doctrine of homeland defense. Mountains of repressive legislation are being enacted in the name of internal security. So called “homeland security”, originally set within the Pentagon’s “operations other than war”, is actually a case in which the Pentagon has declared war on America. Shaping up as the new battleground, this proliferating military “doctrine” seeks to justify new roles and missions for the Pentagon within America. Vast “legal” authority and funds to spy on the dissenting public, reconfigured as terrorist threats, is being lavished upon the defense, intelligence and law enforcement “community.”
All this is taking place amidst an increasingly perfected “fusion” of the police and military functions both within the US and abroad, where the phenomena is referred to as “peacekeeping”, or the “policization of the military”. Here in America, all distinction between the military and police functions is about to be forever expunged with the looming repeal of the Posse Comitatus Act. The latter, was passed after the Civil War to rein in the military. It bars federal troops from doing police work within United States borders, although strictly speaking, the Act refers only to the Army and the Air Force, not to the Marines or the National Guard in “state status.” According to the New York Times:
“the Bush administration has directed lawyers in the Department of Justice and Defense to review the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 and any other laws that sharply restrict the military’s ability to participate in domestic law enforcement.”
The Washington Post (7/21/02) put it a bit more starkly, stating that the Bush administration:
“has called on Congress to thoroughly review the law that bans the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines from participating in arrests, searches, seizure of evidence and other police-type activity on US soil.”
In other words, the “New World Law and Order” based on the repeal of the Posse Comitatus Act, requires a system of domestic and global counterinsurgency led by the Pentagon.
The first requirement of this counterinsurgency, which is directed at all forms of social dissent is the “collection”, “retention” and “dissemination” of information, information on anyone who resists, whether through violent means or otherwise. Recall, that the protests in Seattle and numerous other cities in recent years were more often than not classified within official DoD and FEMA documents as “terrorist events”. The objective is to centralize all intelligence gathering under one roof, the Department of Homeland Security and to widely cast the net over all of us, making certain that we all fall in line with the Pentagon Inc. agenda.
To this end the myriad modes of intelligence gathering or “collection” have been beefed up: From CALEA (Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act) to Carnivore (e-mail spying), from the NSA’s Echelon (global listening device), to spy satellite imagery, from FBI “roving wiretaps”, to CIA access to grand juries and secret FISA “foreign intelligence” courts, the means, legal sanctions and technology of social control proliferate, are sanctioned, are demanded by a paranoid public. Homeland security requires manufactured insecurity. A bit of anthrax to keep em on their toes and minding their p’s and q’s…
Terrorism Information and Prevention System (TIPS)
Typical of the need for “tactical (on the ground) intelligence” is the creation of TIPS or the Terrorism Information and Prevention System. Set up in January 2002 by Ashcroft’s Justice Department, TIPS is described as a “national system for concerned workers to report suspicious activity”. In fact, TIPS is a hotline to the National White Collar Crime Center, a Justice Department organization that deals with “economic crime” and cyberattack. For a little under a million bucks they plan to register all “suspicious, publicly observable activity that could be related to terrorism” and forward it to law enforcement and other agencies “opting to receive TIPS information.” These agencies “would be responsible for determining how to respond to the tips they receive.”
The “workers” that TIPS is willing to offer its hotline service are those in the transportation, trucking, shipping, maritime, and mass transit industries. The truckers, for their part, are jumping in with both feet. The trucker magazine FleetOwner recently noted (6/1/02) that:
“attempting to stay ahead of Federal regulators charged with securing US transportation networks from terrorist attacks, the American Trucking Assns. has readied a ‘Neighborhood Watch’ program for the nation’s highways.”
The ATA’s “Anti-Terrorism Action Plan”, geared to keeping the “wheels of commerce” rolling, envision a plan in which “a potential 3 million professional truck drivers will be trained to spot and report any suspicious activities that might have terrorism or national security implications.” As if truckers don’t have enough on their minds, although it might be wise for them to keep their eyes wide open.
It seems that the Bush administration concern for workers knows no bounds. According to the New York Times (8/!4/02) President Bush wants to exempt all homeland security coordinated agencies “from collective bargaining requirements if (he) were to determine that our national security demands it.” Little known to the public, the president is seeking not only to “exempt agency employees from federal labor relations rules and prohibit them from joining unions”, but he’s also prepared to force them to work, under the conditions he chooses, if “national security demands it”. The “flexibility” that Bush is calling for, a “fast moving homeland security department unfettered by work rules and red tape” is sure to result in a lot less “flexibility” on the part of workers who may soon be confronted with a form of involuntary employment during “times of war”, all set out in Department of Defense directives.
Financing Homeland Defense
TIPS, which is an integral part of the CitizenCorps/ FreedomCorps/ AmeriCorps axis of patriotic, police loving do-gooders, is buttressed with funds from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS). In the wake of 9/11, CNCS was fully integrated into “homeland defense efforts”. In March 2002, the Corporation issued a “notice of availability of funds to strengthen communities and organizations in using service and volunteers to support homeland security.” With an emphasis on “public safety” and “freeing up police time”, the grants offered under the announcement “are to assist communities in getting involved in the war against terrorism on the home front.” In the area of “public safety” the grants “will help provide members to support police departments…in tasks and other functions that can be performed by non-sworn officers.” Now mind you, the volunteers “are not armed, nor can they make arrests, but they carry out vital tasks including organizing neighborhood watch groups…” They also “organize communities to identify and respond to crime and disorder problems…”
In July 2002, Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge announced, while sitting in a Washington DC police station, the first round of CNCS homeland security grants totaling $10.3 million, an “initiative” that is to involve some 37,000 volunteers nationwide. One recipient of a $484,000 Corporation grant, based in NYC, is the Center for Court Innovation. Linked to the NYC Public Safety Corps, the grant “will enhance homeland security by assisting criminal justice officials (police, probation officers, judges) as they perform their duties…(while) 40 full time AmeriCorps members will…free up police…to address conditions of disorder that if left unchecked create a climate where crime would flourish.”
In NYC, ground zero for the attack, homeland defense equates to the same old thing, cracking down on “disorder” (protest) and “quality of life crimes”, which is a racist police code for arresting and jailing more poor people.
The euphemism of “homeland defense”, codified within the halls of the Pentagon as early as the mid-1990′s, long before 9/11, buttressed with various Presidential Decision Directives and Executive Orders, includes, within the doctrinal rubric of “operations other than war”, continual training to suppress dissent, or as it is conveniently phrased, to put down “civil disturbance.” The decades old “Garden Plot” operation, which is the Pentagon’s stand alone “civil disturbance” plan, has become generalized in the “homeland defense” concept and it’s focus on the “asymmetric threat”. With the creation of the Department of Homeland Defense, Homeland Security Council etc. the Bush administration is seeking to institutionalize it’s “permanent war” against “terrorism”, dovetailed with it’s ongoing war against dissent.
So while Garden Plot directives, geared for domestic use, are exported to “peacekeeping” troops abroad, “homeland defense” tightens the grip at home. The recent appointment of General Ralph E. Eberhart and the creation of a Northern Command within the Pentagon reflect the depth of commitment the elite have to maintaining “full spectrum dominance” at home.
With “the PATRIOT Act” and other legal monstrosities foisted upon the people, what emerges is a repressive “coordination” (as the Nazis used to call it) of the entities of force and deception, the police, intelligence and the military, in the interests of a “permanent” counterinsurgency, by way of the centralization and broadening of surveillance capabilities, arrest capabilities, and harassment capabilities, which target anyone corporate America doesn’t like. Homeland defense is, in essence, a form of state terrorism directed against the American people and democracy itself. It is the Pentagon Inc. declaring war on America.
Global Counterinsurgency
The “war on terrorism” is a global counterinsurgency whose aim is to wipe out any and all resistance to US global hegemony and corporate domination. Utilizing “operations other than war” (OOTW), corporate America and it’s military are taking a more direct, hands on approach to the needs and requirements of corporate globalization. OOTW, with its host of new missions (e.g. peacekeeping and civil disturbance operations), is based on a pre-emptive doctrine. In this new war, which relies on both standard means of killing along with so-called non-lethal weapons, so-called ” non-combatants” (i.e. civilians) become the primary target. And in so doing, the military, via its OOTW doctrine, is violating one of the sacred tenets of the so-called “laws of war”, namely, that militaries not target civilian populations. But after all, as Defense Secretary Rumsfeld noted in a (12/12/01) statement to the Senate Armed Services Committee, the “enemy” “hides in caves abroad”, and more importantly, “among us here at home.”
Now, despite the fact that both the Presidential and military directives target “non-United States citizens” (as if that’s not bad enough), in June 2002, the Bush administration jailed a New York City man of Puerto Rican descent, Jose Padilla – or as he now calls himself – Abdullah al Muhajir, and is holding him in a military brig in South Carolina. He has yet to be charged with any crime. Like the hundreds of Muslim immigrants still being held in detention since September 11, he is considered a “material witness” to the investigation of the attack. And yet, rather than have him subject to the discretion of Federal courts, he was handed over to the military as an “enemy combatant” after Ashcroft and the Pentagon talked it over. At that moment, Padilla was taken out of his New York prison cell and transferred to a US Navy brig in South Carolina. His attorney, Donna Newman of NYC was not informed of his transfer and has been denied access to her client. Even the Washington Post, which has backed virtually all of the repressive measures of the Bush administration since September 11, wrote at the time of Padilla’s jailing that:
”the governments actions in this latest case cut against basic elements of life under the rule of law” and that “if its positions are correct, nothing would prevent the president – even in the absence of a formal declaration of war – from designating any American as an enemy combatant…If that’s the case, nobody’s constitutional rights are safe.”
This “chilling legal precedent” is but the tip of the iceberg of the complete subsuming of normal judicial processes to the growing militarization of law enforcement and jurisprudence.
“Homeland defense”, as we experience it today, has been percolating in the bowels of the Pentagon and corporate think tanks like the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the Council on Foreign Relations, along with their Congressional counterparts, for nearly a decade. What it required was an emergency situation. The “homeland security” apparatus presently being constructed is modeled roughly after the military’s “combatant command structure” and is –in the wake of 9/11– set within the context of the “laws and customs of war”, hence the introduction of military courts and the shifting of jurisdictions for so-called “crimes associated with terrorism”. The Northern Command, based at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, whose job as of October 1st is to patrol America, will head up this homeland defense “command structure”.
Concurrent with the round-up of over a thousand people following the September 11 attack, many of whom have been held in solitary confinement, with no charges being filed, President Bush signed in November 2991 order, establishing military “tribunals” for those non-citizens accused, anywhere, of “terrorist related crimes”. According to the National Legal Aid & Defender Association, the order violates the constitutional separation of powers:
”[It] has not been authorized by the Congress and is outside the President’s constitutional powers”… the order strips away a variety of checks and balances on governmental power and the reliability and integrity of criminal judgments… [T]he order undermines the rule of law worldwide, and invites reciprocal treatment of US nationals by hostile nations utilizing secret trials, a single entity as prosecutor, judge and jury, no judicial review and summary executions.”
Department of Defense Military Commission Order No.1, issued March 21, 2002, is concerned with “procedures for trials by military commissions of certain non-United States citizens in the War Against Terrorism.” The “commissions”, according to the order, “shall have jurisdiction over violations of the laws of war and all other offenses triable by military commission.” Overseen by a “military officer” who will “admit or exclude evidence at trial”, the “prosecutor” would be a “special trial counsel of the Department of Justice.” On the defense side, well, one could opt to go with the DoD’s version of the public defender, namely another “military officer”, or one could secure an attorney.
Although “the Accused may also retain the services of a civilian attorney of the Accused’s own choosing…at no expense to the United States Government”, this would only be possible once it “has been determined” that the civilian attorney is “eligible for access to information classified at the level of SECRET or higher…”
In other words, to get any kind of impartial and efficient legal representation in Mr.Rumsfeld’s court, your attorney has to be cleared by the Pentagon.
Father Beaten To Death By 9 Sheriffs, Bystanders Captured On Camera
A Bakersfield father of four died this week after struggling with nearly nine police officers outside of a medical facility. Witnesses say that the thirty-three year old pled for his life.
Reports say he died early Wednesday morning after being struck by nine officers an unreported number of times. He was believed to be intoxicated.
Some witnesses evidently filmed the incident on their cellphones. However, deputies were quick to confiscate the phones.Individuals who claim they saw the event in addition to Silva’s relatives recounted a scene where officers were beating a powerless man to death. Witnesses were outraged at video evidence being confiscated by deputies.
According to Reason Magazine:
John Tello, a criminal law attorney, is representing two witnesses who took video footage and five other witnesses to the incident. He said his clients are still shaken by what they saw.
“When I arrived to the home of one of the witnesses that had video footage, she was with her family sitting down on the couch, surrounded by three deputies,” Tello said.
Tello said the witness was not allowed to go anywhere with her phone and was being quarantined inside her home.
When Tello tried to talk to the witness in private and with the phone, one of the deputies stopped him and told him he couldn’t take the phone anywhere because it was evidence to the investigation, the attorney said…..
A search warrant wasn’t presented to either of the witnesses until after Tello arrived, he said, adding that one phone was seized before the warrant was produced.
Tello said the phone of the first witness was taken after the deputies told him he was either going to give up the phone the easy way or the hard way.
In California, there is a new kind of justice. Forget the Sixth Amendment’s right to trial. It no longer applies. Instead of an attorney, get a bullet-proof vest, Today’s cops are armed with machine guns and innocence no longer matters.
Downey, California: May 4, 2013. Family and friends of Michael Nida gathered at the Memorial site where he was machine gunned to death by Downey Police officer Steven Gilley. The purpose of the gathering was to remember the father of four who lost his life on the way to celebrate his birthday with his wife.
On October 22, 2011, Michael Lee Nida and his wife Naily were on their way to celebrate his upcoming birthday. They had stopped at an Arco station at the corner of Paramount and Imperial Highway in Downey. Michael’s father, after whom Michael was named, recounted the events of the night his son died. He recalled that his son already had been afraid of the police because of what he had seen in Los Angeles. That night, that fear proved justified. The following information is based on the father’s account.

While Michael’s wife waited for him at the gas station, he walked across Imperial Highway to a strip mall to pick up cigarettes. However he was stopped for jaywalking by Officer Blanca Reyes and forced to sit down on a curb. Fear of the police caused him to get up from the curb and take off back across Imperial Highway. After crossing the street, Michael continued between the gas station and a Walgreens.
An ATM robbery had taken place down the street and the officers incorrectly assumed that, out of all the people between the busy intersection and the ATM, this particular man, who was out on a date with his wife, was a suspect. It may have had something to do with the fact that he looked somewhat Hispanic, being half Puerto Rican by descent. Downey officers Michael Powell and Steven Gilley stopped Michael at the back of the Walgreen’s parking lot. They forced him to lie face down on the ground with his arms and hands out. Officer Gilley, who was holding a machine gun, stepped on Michael with his foot. Officer Powell had been pointing a gun at Michael from about the time Powell saw him and continued to do so. While Michael was on the ground, spreading out and under the foot of Officer Gilley, these officers had sufficient control of his body to be able to determine he was unarmed. Michael managed to get up and move in the direction of Imperial Highway. According to the report, he was 20 feet away from the officers when Gilley shot him in the back with his machine gun.

According to Michael’s father, after being shot, Michael proceeded between the gas station and what was then a Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant towards Paramount. He got to the sidewalk and continued south, falling into the street near a tree, a little past the KFC.
Instead of being able to celebrate her husband’s birthday, wife Naily was present when her beloved Michael died. Her children had to learn that the father they loved had been machine gunned in the back by the police though he was innocent and unarmed.
This particular event was small compared with prior memorial events for Michael because the mother who raised him (Jean Thaxton) had recently been in the hospital after having been accidentally hit by a car. Though she was still recovering, she was driven to the event so she could be part of it. Also present were Jean’s husband Jerry, and Michael’s biological mother Maritza Odell.
Maritza had had to give Michael up as a baby to be raised by the Thaxtons. She had been in the U.S. Navy. She was assigned to go overseas and was not allowed to stay with her child. So she allowed the Thaxtons to raise her son as their own, giving the child two sets of parents.
Michael’s children and family maintain a regular vigil at the memorial site. His children showed extreme courage. They were very bright and were extremely courteous to people passing by during the event.
A point of interest is that these people wanted to help others. Nobody showed any animosity towards the police and there were no exhibitions of anger. Instead of expressing resentment, they held hands and prayed together. Their concern was educating and protecting the public. They were worried about the danger posed to other potential recipients of police bullets.. Michael’s supporters have taken the name Nida’s Rydas and have been handing out cards advising people of what to do if stopped . They hope the advice will help limit the number of future victims. A legal case was filed against the officers and the City of Downey and will be heard soon in downtown Los Angeles.
Barbara Padilla spoke of how her innocent son Marcel Ceja was gunned down by Anaheim police officer David Garcia. She pointed out that it had been raining and he was stopped because he was wearing a hood. She asked this writer if this writer would wear a hood in the rain. Marcel had slipped, fallen and gotten up and was cooperating with the police when he was shot multiple times in the chest by Officer Garcia. No charges have been filed against Officer Garcia and the Orange County District Attorney has made no effort to seek justice in this matter. The Orange County District Attorney’s office has been accused of corruption repeatedly and was connected to the Public Guardian rip-off scandal that resulted in two public officials (including the district attorney’s girlfriend) losing their jobs. This writer was was involved in exposing that corruption to the press in 2010.
Adriana Avila recounted how her son Andres had been beaten by Pomona police officer O’Malley. Andres filed a complaint and was later shot dead by two Pomona police officers who came upon him when he was resting in a car with his girlfriend. He was unarmed. As in the case of Michael Nida, the Los Angeles District Attorney has declined to prosecute the officers who shot Andres.
Across Paramount at the location his son Sergeant Steven M. Bours was shot, Ronald Bours held a related memorial. A former Downey police officer had provided a video of the shooting that showed the boy was standing with his arms out, cooperating and unarmed when he was shot ten times by Downey police officers. They shot all the fingers off one of his hands in addition to killing him. Steven had received a medal of commendation in the Iraq War. He was a quiet boy and well liked by people throughout the community. His father said he cried every day. During his interview, Mr. Bours kept repeating, “I miss him so much.”
Michael and other police victims represented at the rally were all innocent and unarmed. They were not gang members. They had gone to school, worked to provide for their families and were loved. What happened to them could happen to your child, your brother or sister or your father or mother.
This writer’s uncle was on the LAPD for 18 years, and told about how officers are trained to shoot to kill. America, while disarming a citizenry that is not trained to kill, is arming police forces with bigger and deadlier weapons, weapons that could be turned on anyone you love.
Why is gun control solely aimed at disarming those who have never killed and do not plan to kill? If there is gun control, shouldn’t it also apply to those who have killed and are willing to kill again and again? After reading the official “complaint” against Bomber 2 (the younger brother) it states clearly that he set the backpack down in the spot in from the forum restaurant right before the second explosion, and that it was here that the explosion occurred (the spot from where he set his pack) But if you look at these two photos comparatively, and zoom in on the aftermath photo, it clearly shows that the young man’s pack is STILL where it was set down. Not in tatters either, but still intact.

Boston Bombings: Detonator to Mobilize the Entire US Security Apparatus. May Change the World for the Worse!
The relation between the suspected Boston Marathon bombers and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Massachusetts State Police (MSP) and the Boston Police (BP) is a point of contention and controversy.
The FBI, at first, claimed no knowledge of the bombing suspects but later was forced to admit having received at least two sets of intelligence reports, one from Russian officials and another from the CIA, identifying one of the suspected bombers, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, as a potential security threat -linked to a Chechen terrorist organization.
Testimony from Tsarnaev’s mother and father indicates that the FBI was active in following, harassing and interrogating the suspect before the bombing. Despite general directives from the US Departments of Justice and Homeland Security mandating US security to aggressively pursue ‘Islamist terrorists’, the FBI claims to have made no effort to follow-up on the Russian and CIA security alerts, especially after Tamerlan Tsarnaev returned from [the] Russian state of Dagestan last year where he allegedly met six times with a known Chechen terrorist, Gadzhimurad Dolgatov, in a fundamentalist Salafi mosque.
The official government and corporate media versions claim the FBI may have ‘over-looked’ the security risk posed by Tsarnaev. Congressional critics argue that the FBI was ‘negligent’ in following up leads provided by the Russians and the CIA. A more likely explanation is that the FBI was actively engaged with Tsarnaev and deliberately encouraged the conspiracy for self-serving purposes.
The most benign hypothesis is that the FBI was using Tsarnaev as a means of infiltrating and securing intelligence on other possible ‘terrorists’. A more plausible hypothesis is that the Boston office of the FBI had set the pair of brothers up for a sting operation in order to enhance their anti-terrorist credentials – and that the ‘operation’ got out of hand – with Tamarlan having his own agenda. The most likely hypothesis is that the FBI facilitated the bombing in order to revive the flagging fortunes of the ‘war on terror’ foisted on a war-weary and economically depressed American public.
The FBI in Boston has a long and notorious history of working with and protecting certain leaders of organized crime in return for information about targeted rivals: The most notorious example is the FBI’s 20-year ‘partnership’ with one of Boston’s most feared gangland killers, James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, where the mobster was provided with protection and collaboration in return for his information about a rival crime family and other competitors. In 2012, Bulger was finally indicted for 19 murders mostly committed under FBI ‘protection’ – although one of his closest mob-partners claims he murdered 40 people in his lifetime.
The ‘Boston Bombings’ served as a detonator to mobilize the entire US security apparatus; it has led to the suspension of constitutional guaranties.
It has been accompanied by an intense mass media campaign glorifying police state operations and the imposition of virtual martial law in the Boston metropolitan area of over 4.5 million inhabitants. The military police operation and media campaign aroused fear and terror among the public. Instant psychodrama produced mass worship of the ‘heroic’ police: they were portrayed as having saved the public from unknown numbers of armed terrorists lurking in their neighbourhoods.
The police, the FBI and the entire Security Apparatus – were repeatedly ‘honoured’ at public spectacles, sports and civic events, lauded as ‘guardians’ and ‘saviors’. The sordid role of [the] FBI in organizing entrapment operations was never mentioned.
The hundreds of billions wasted in futile overseas ‘wars against terror’ went down the memory hole.
The opposition to Washington’s cuts in social programs was diverted almost overnight to support new funding for US military intervention in Syria and North Korea, a greater arms build-up in Israel and domestic security.
The ‘Boston Bombings’ coincided with the White House dictating a new round of domestic police state measures and launching a series of aggressive military moves in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.
The Pentagon has organized its biggest and most threatening air, sea and land military exercises right on the borders of North Korea.
The White House has encouraged and promoted Japan’s belligerent military posture toward China regarding disputed islands in the South China Sea.
Secretary of State Kerry has increased military aid to the Syrian terrorists by at least $130 million and dispatched hundreds of Special Forces to Jordan to train the jihadi-mercenaries against the Syrian government.
The White House concocted charges that Damascus deployed chemical weapons against the rebels to justify direct US military intervention in Syria .
Closer to home, the White House has given unconditional support to the violent Venezuelan opposition’s post-election campaign designed to provoke a civil war– while refusing to recognize the internationally certified election victory of President Maduro.
It is very clear the Obama regime wants to turn the clock back a decade to recreate the terrible political climate of 2001 – 02. He seeks to fabricate a sense of an imminent terrorist threat based on the ‘Boston Bombings’ in order to re-launch another global military campaign. Instead of Iraq – the ‘threat’ is now Syria , Iran and Lebanon . Today, the threat is North Korea – tomorrow it could be China . Today, it is Venezuela – next it could be Argentina, Bolivia and Ecuador … and the entire edifice of Latin American regional integration.
The civilian casualties and deaths resulting from the ‘Boston Bombings’, linked to the US backing and sheltering of Chechen terrorists, are a small price for Washington to pay if it results in escalating global wars and greater impunity for the National Police State.

The Columbine High School massacre was a school shooting which occurred on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School in Columbine, an unincorporated area of Jefferson County in the State of Colorado. Two senior students, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, murdered a total of 12 students and one teacher. They injured 21 additional students, with three other people being injured while attempting to escape the school. The pair then committed suicide.
Cafeteria camera proves 80% of the official story is bull and there had to have been at least 6 shooters.
There is no question that there are at least four shooters hanging around the four entrances to the cafeteria. They shoot continuously from about 11:22 to 2:15 when the tape ends. Boston PD Commisioner Ed Davis slips up and calls the Tsarnaev brothers actors. Why? Why would he call them actors? They werent even close to being actors, they were a boxer and a student. They didnt take acting classes, the werent hollywood or bollywood stars so what was in his head for him to call them… actors?
I’ve studied and graduated EMT-B certification with the state of Oregon. I’ve been on calls with heavy arterial bleeds, internal bleeding, fatalities, doa’s. I am speaking from direct personal experience with severe trauma.
Here is a telling photograph of the amputee actor. I encourage readers to view the photo side by side with my analysis.
If you lose both your legs from explosive trauma half your blood is gone in one minute via the femoral arteries, you’re dead after two. Bleeding out is worse with blunt force trauma (like shrapnel) because flesh is torn rather than cut, exposing more arterial and vascular tissue. The human body holds 5 to 6 LITERS of blood. If that really happened you would see blood EVERYWHERE, the guy would be drenched in it. You would also see whats called arterial spurting from the injury. Most likely he would vomit after turning ghost white from shock, then turning delirious or passing out. As for the “tourniquet”…
Its not even tied off, its suspended via gravity, which would literally do nothing to an arterial sever. There’s no pressure applied. There’s no knot with a turn stick for leverage. You can clearly see a gap in the nonexistent wrap job on his left inner thigh (left anterior proximal for you experts) His hands have no blood on them. There’s no blood on the ground. The color in his hands and lips shows good circulation.
This is an actor. This is staged. How did they pull it off though? I can show you.
Here in frame six on the left we see the the man with a hood setting up the fake leg wound prosthetics. His attention and hands are right there. The woman is acting as a shield covering what’s happening.

Here in frame eight the prosthetics are in place. Amidst all this chaos seconds after the explosion the hooded man takes the time to put on his sunglasses which is a signal.

Here in frame nine with sunglasses now on the hooded man and the woman make eye contact, signal received.

In frame eleven after receiving the go signal the woman makes an open hand gesture the direction both of them are looking, signaling the staged injuries are in place for cameras. The prone amputee raises his left prosthetic injury into the air over the woman’s shoulder. No blood is present. The bone is dry, no blood on his leg above the knee, no blood on the woman, no arterial spurt, nothing.

Here in frame fourteen the woman turns her head right but is still holding up that open palm signal with her left hand. The hooded man again busies himself pouring fake blood on the pavement behind the woman. The amputee has both fake injuries in the air now. There is still no blood on his legs, his skin above the injury is clean and dry.

Frame twenty, the fake blood and prosthetics are in place. The amputee gives an open hand gesture along with the woman to bring the cameras in. We’re now twenty frames in and still not a drop of fresh blood from a double leg amputation. His legs are dry, the woman is dry and unscathed. Both are making the same hand gesture.

These are actors. This is staged. It was flash powder. There was no crock pot nail bomb. There are no bombers, only patsy. If your looking for a gunman look at the Army in the streets of Boston. Share this knowledge with everyone.

Something about this entire thing smells to high heaven. When have you ever heard of someone with a blown off leg not bleeding? Some make the claim that it was cauterized, but obviously, the picture of them wheeling the guy out on the wheelchair shows ‘blood and gore’ (a cauterization is a burn that seals the wound). Something changed between these images and when they wheeled him out in front of the cameras.

This image was taken by a third party photographer seconds after the first explosion. There is clear evidence of false flag staging here. The man in the red coat and baseball hat on the right is kneeling down giving directions to the guy in the white T-shirt. Also looking to this pair for direction are the woman sitting to the right and the man in a hood and sunglasses who set up the double amputee prosthetics.
Notice the relaxed posture and face of the hooded man. Notice also the calm prepared posture of the woman sitting down on the bottom right. See how her shirt sleeve is severely torn, yet her skin underneath is clean and clear of injury and blood. From where she’s sitting look right to the bottom right corner and you can see an unmarked bottle of fake blood.
Look to the left and see the cowboy hat man standing there doing nothing. This is the same man who will pretend to hold the tourniquet of the fake amputee actor later on. Look to center of the photo and you will see the african woman moving herself away from the amputee actor since her shielding him from camera’s job is over. Next to her is a woman with red hair leaning on her elbow.
Compare this now with another photo taken seconds later. Putting them side by side is very helpful.
The man with the hood and sunglasses, who was just sitting up looking fine and healthy after fixing up the amputee actor’s prosthetics, is now on his back being evaluated by two people. Notice the rips in his jeans have no sign of blood or injury on the skin. The woman with red hair however is in the exact same pose as a minute ago. Meanwhile the double amputee actor is completely ignored by everyone when he is clearly in the most dire need of attention. There is a small amount of fake blood around him where the african lady shielding him used to be, she has disappeared What happened to her? Compare this photo with the first in my post.
The african woman who was sitting up, shielding the hooded man and amputee actor’s prosthetic rigging, giving hand signals, looking left and right, having no visible blood or injuries, is now covered in blood and strapped into a spine board stretcher.
In a real medical scenario the amputee would receive immediate treatment or die from bleed out. The fact this actor woman is removed from the scene via stretcher while the double amputee is left on the ground is ludicrous. He would be dead from blood loss before they could even begin spinal assessment procedures involved in moving a patient to a stretched. Not to mention his blood loss would be over five liters, enough to cover the entire scene around these people in a thick puddle.
From firsthand experience with trauma in the field of EMS work, this is not real. These are actors. This is all staged.
I know that many just want to believe. But I can’t help but think. So much doesn’t add up.

Why the heck would they take a guy with his legs blown off, sit him upright in a wheelchair and wheel him 50-100 yards down the street to an ambulance when there is a perfectly good paved roadway right there? Why would they let that young blonde woman in the blue shirt die on the sidewalk when ambulances equipped with defribulators, oxygen and jumpstart drugs were 50-100 yards away?
I’ve been at the scene of serious accidents and the like (never a bombing) and the roads are clogged with ambulances and firetrucks within minutes. I’ve actually seen an ambulance shove a car out of the way to get access to the scene. They don’t take trauma victims on stretchers and wheelchairs and push them a block up the street to be treated, they bring the treatment units to the victims.
There was lots of opportunity for photographers and cameramen to get close to the gore in Boston though.
My response: It’s worse than that even – Mister exposed leg bone was wheeled back and forth through the scene, as far as the cameras went that were covering it, NO FEWER THAN 4 TIMES, to make GOOD AND SURE he got his picture taken plenty of times. No nice photo of when his prop leg fell off though. And since I never saw a photo of ANY responding ambulance, even off in the distance, it cannot be said that they were 50 – 100 yards away. I don’t think they were there AT ALL.

The control of “selected information” being leaked out to the public through mainstream media, press conferences and other designated outlets has ensured that the targeted audience will support the governmental campaign out of ignorance. Of late, reports and rumors about foreign troops in America working with our armed forces have been surfacing. And in response, the US government has (at first) dismissed the claims. Now, official reports are confirming what eye witnesses have been seeing.
The question is: why are foreign troops training with US military forces for urban warfare, civil unrest and disturbance?The supposition is that a massive revolt could break out as global civilian revolution is believed to be imminent.
Foreign troops have been working with US Armed Forces and law enforcement for years in preparation for civil unrest in America. Back in 2010 in Chicago, under Operation Vigilant Guard (OVG), where Polish Armed Forces not only “observed” urban warfare drills, but also participated in exercises specializing in detaining Americans during counter-terror drills. According to one Polish major, the exercises were “the next step” in combining both the Illinois National Guard and Polish military personnel in a psy-op campaign to acclimate Americans to seeing foreign troops in the domestic US and gain acceptance for these soldiers assisting local law enforcement in everyday duties.
In Colorado, rumors of Russian troops practicing to deal with terrorist raids and martial law scenarios have been proven correct by our US Armed Forces.

The Obama administration, during high-level talks with US Marine Corp officials, ordered war games exercises to train US troops in tactical operations for the known purpose of continuity of government and territorial sovereignty. The West Virginia Coal Wars (1920-1921), martial law was declared on the state of West Virginia. Army officer removed the constitution did not allow assembly of any kind. If his soldiers found any miners, they immediately took them and imprisoned them. This lays the ground work for INTERPOL do do what the President cannot legally justify doing. INTERPOL, on instructions from the Obama regime, will now be able to carry out actions prohibited to our own law enforcement!
Barack Obama is taking the U.S. down the path to MARTIAL LAW — WE MUST STOP HIM NOW!
As Andrew C. McCarthy at the National Review wrote, “You just can’t make up how brazen this crowd is… President Obama quietly signed an executive order that makes an international police force immune from the restraints of American law.” He went on to report:
Interpol is the shorthand for the International Criminal Police Organization. It was established in 1923 and operates in about 188 countries. By executive order 12425, issued in 1983, President Reagan recognized Interpol as an international organization and gave it some of the privileges and immunities customarily extended to foreign diplomats. Interpol, however, is also an active law-enforcement agency, so critical privileges and immunities (set forth in Section 2(c) of the International Organizations Immunities Act) were withheld. Specifically, Interpol’s property and assets remained subject to search and seizure, and its archived records remained subject to public scrutiny under provisions like the Freedom of Information Act. Being constrained by the Fourth Amendment, FOIA, and other limitations of the Constitution and federal law that protect the liberty and privacy of Americans is what prevents law-enforcement and its controlling government authority from becoming tyrannical.
On Wednesday, however, for no apparent reason, President Obama issued an executive order removing the Reagan limitations. That is, Interpol’s property and assets are no longer subject to search and confiscation, and its archives are now considered inviolable. This international police force (whose U.S. headquarters is in the Justice Department in Washington) will be unrestrained by the U.S. Constitution and American law while it operates in the United States and affects both Americans and American interests outside the United States.
As Steve Schippert and Clyde Middleton’s analysis of Obama’s new Executive Order concludes, “Inviolable archives means INTERPOL records are beyond US citizens’ Freedom of Information Act requests and from American legal or investigative discovery (“unless such immunity be expressly waived”). Property and assets being immune from search and confiscation means precisely that. Wherever they may be in the United States. This could conceivably include human assets – Americans arrested on our soil by INTERPOL officers.”
STILL think Obama isn’t putting all of the pieces together to implement MARTIAL LAW? WAKE UP — Congress has to act NOW to STOP him, which means WE have to FORCE Congress to act!
This is obviously only ONE of the pieces that Obama has moved into place on his giant chess board. As we already reported, Obama has already taken a giant leap forward in his drive to institute martial law: according to 2009 Nobel Peace Prize nominee Jim Garrow, he claims he was told by a top military veteran that the Obama administration’s “litmus test” for new military leaders isn’t whether they are the best military commanders…
It’s whether or not they will obey an order to fire on U.S. Citizens!
Garrow was nominated three years ago for the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize and is the founder of The Pink Pagoda Girls, an organization dedicated to rescuing baby girls from “gendercide” in China. Garrow has been personally involved in “helping rescue more than 36,000 Chinese baby girls from death.” He is a public figure, not an anonymous voice on the Internet, which makes his claim all the more disturbing.
“I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new “litmus test” in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks. “The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not”. Those who will not are being removed,” Garrow wrote on his Facebook page, later following up the post by adding the man who told him is, “one of America’s foremost military heroes,” whose goal in divulging the information was to “sound the alarm.”
Garrow’s claim is even more explosive given that the country is in the throes of a national debate about gun control, with gun rights advocates insisting that the founders put the Second Amendment in the Constitution primarily as a defense against government tyranny.
It also follows reports on Sunday that General James Matt is, head of the United States Central Command, “is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned.” As reporter Paul Joseph Watson commented:
“Concerns over US troops being given orders to fire on American citizens in the event of mass gun confiscation first arose in 1995 when hundreds of Marines at 29 Palms, California were given a survey as part of an academic project by Navy Lieutenant Commander Ernest Guy Cunningham which asked the Marines if they would, ‘Fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the United States government.’
The survey was subsequently leaked because many of the Marines who took it were shocked by the tone of the question.
The US Military has clearly outlined innumerable civil emergency scenarios under which troops would be authorized to fire on U.S. citizens.
In July 2012, the process by which this could take place was made clear in a leaked US Army Military Police training manual for ‘Civil Disturbance Operations’ (PDF) dating from 2006. Similar plans were also outlined in an updated manual released in 2010 entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations.
The 2006 document outlines how military assets will be used to ‘help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order’ in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law.
On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of ‘deadly force’ in confronting “dissidents” on American soil are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, ‘Warning shot will not be fired.’
Given that second amendment advocates are now being depicted as dangerous terrorists by the federal government and local law enforcement, Garrow’s claim is sure to stoke controversy given that Americans are seeing their gun rights eviscerated while the federal government itself stockpiles billions of bullets.”

And combined with all of his recent Executive Orders granting himself more and more unlimited and UNCONSTITUTIONAL powers, it’s obvious that he’s driving us towards MARTIAL LAW!

Now he’s preparing to sign a newly-passed bill — a bill which will actually strengthen last year’s NDAA bill… that codified Martial Law! According to an article recently published in the Examiner:

Award-winning journalist Chris Hedges sued the U.S. government over NDAA 2012, calling it ‘corporate fascism.’ NDAA 2013, according to legal experts this week,strengthened the former act. By failing to veto NDAA 2012, and signing it on New Years Eve,President Obama compromised national security and the rule of law, according to Raha Wala, advocacy counsel for Human Rights First. There is consequently little hope Obama will veto NDAA 2013, although appeal is being lodged for him to do so.”
Did you get that? Obama is about to sign into law the latest version of the National Defense Authorization Act — which will ADD to all of the Martial Law powers he’s been giving himself through Executive Orders!

Remember the recent headline that said it all: “Obama’s Latest Executive Order Freezes Americans’ Accounts”! YOU READ THAT RIGHT — now he’s going directly after Americans’ bank accounts:

Of course, that Executive Order came right after even more OUTRAGEOUS news: While the whole country was distracted with a Killer Storm and a Killer Presidential Election, Barack Hussein Obama was continuing with his plans to initiate MARTIAL LAW!
Remember these almost unbelievable headlines?

The news article under that headline only gets worse: “While all eyes were on Hurricane Sandy in the days leading up to the storm’s breach on the mainland of the Northeast, the White House was busy devising new ways to enslave Americans under the guise of protecting national security. On October 26, 2012, Barack Obama quietly signed an Executive Order (EO) establishing the so-called Homeland Security Partnership Council, a public-private partnership that basically merges the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with local governments and the private sector for the implied purpose of giving the Executive Branch complete and limitless control over the American people.” THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT WE’VE BEEN WARNING YOU THAT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA HAS BEEN PLANNING FOR!
This Executive Order went further than any other in conflating federal power structures with local governments and the private sector. Based on the unbelievable language contained in the EO itself, the federal government “appears ready to begin rapidly expanding its command and control operations at the local level,” according to a story in Natural News, by establishing a vast network of homeland security “partnerships” throughout the country, which will be tasked with reporting back to the central command center and feeding “intelligence” information as requested by federal officials.
“[W]e must tap the ingenuity outside government through strategic partnerships with the private sector, nongovernmental organizations, foundations, and community-based organizations,” says the EO. It goes on to add that the merger between the federal government and the private sector is necessary to facilitate the government’s desire to better “address homeland security priorities,” which includes things like “responding to natural disasters … (and) preventing terrorism by utilizing diverse perspectives, skills, tools, and resources.”
An official “Steering Committee” will be established with representatives from virtually every single federal agency, and this committee will be guided by a separate council on how to best incorporate the federal government and DHS into every nook and cranny of American society. Once established, this council will maintain control over presumably all aspects of society by overseeing a secret police force comprised of spies from schools, community groups, churches, and various other local institutions.
“[W]e must institutionalize an all-of-Nation effort to address the evolving threats to the United States,” adds the Executive Order, which has YET to be covered AT ALL in the mainstream media.
But why would we be surprised at that? The media STILL hasn’t covered one of the biggest bombshells in recent weeks:
One of the leading global magazines of politics, economics, and ideas, Foreign Policy Magazine, posted a bombshell on their website:
“Gen. Boykin: U.S. economy close to collapse, could result in martial law”
You read that right: retired Lt. General William Boykin, a former CIA Deputy Director of Special Activities, has said that the U.S. economy “is just about the break” and collapse. And when the dam gives way, severe food shortages and pervasive violence throughout America will result in an executive declaration of martial law.
Those “in the know” are trying to WARN us: Barack Obama is preparing to DECLARE MARTIAL LAW — we MUST STOP HIM NOW!
This former CIA General’s warning is HUGE!!! “I’ll be very honest with you; the situation in America could be such that martial law is actually warranted, and that situation in my view could occur if we had an economic collapse,” says Gen. Boykin:
“The dam is just about to break on our economy, and I think when it does, there’s going to be a major disruption of the distribution of food,” he added. “And I think what you’ll see particularly in the inner cities is you will see riots, civil unrest that ultimately might justify MARTIAL LAW… I think those people that are not in the major cities are going to be far better off, but it could actually justify martial law,” Boykin continued. “And I’m praying that we will not see that kind of collapse, we won’t see a disruption of the distribution of food in America. That’s probably the single biggest problem.”
How much more proof do we need? It’s obvious what Obama is planning for! Not only has he ordered for his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) 1.2 billion rounds of ammo and armored checkpoint booths… now reports are coming in that DHS has now been given fully-armored APCs — the same standard used by our military:
“To the list of recent unsettling developments at DHS and other federal agencies — such as… massive DHS ammo buys, a creepy new biometric surveillance system just being rolled-out by the FBI, and drones buzzing our backyards with cameras — we can now add the appearance across the country of not just heavily-armored military grade Humvees, but ‘GLS’ armored personnel carriers (APC’s) — 2500 of them to be exact. According to reports the Department of Homeland Security… already have thousands of heavily armored vehicles in DHS ‘Police/Rescue’ livery, resplendent in either a dashing Gulf War tan or menacing stealth-anthracite…”
Once again, it’s obvious that Barack Obama is preparing to DECLARE MARTIAL LAW — we MUST STOP HIM NOW!
These news reports of preparations for a police state came after we had already learned that Barack Hussein Obama was planning to sign ANOTHER “martial law” style Executive Order — this time to enable him to take over America’s “critical infrastructure,” such as the POWER GRID and FINANCIAL INDUSTRIES!
Federal News Radio reported that the Obama regime was preparing to sign off on this new Executive Order, since patriots like YOU AND I have been able to STOP Obama’s so-called “cyber security” bill so far:
“The White House so far has failed to get a bill passed by both houses of Congress to improve the cyber security of the nation’s critical infrastructure, so it wants to take an alternative approach. The administration has created a draft executive order detailing how, within its authority, it would improve the information assurance of the nation’s critical infrastructure, such as the power grid and financial industries… The draft EO, which Federal News Radio viewed a draft copy of, closely follows the second version of comprehensive cyber legislation introduced by Sens. Joseph Lieberman (I-Conn.) and Susan Collins (R- Maine) in July.”
DID YOU GET THAT? These people failed to get their Martial Law bills passed in Congress, so Obama is ready to BYPASS our elected officials and do it himself — AGAIN!
Of course, that wasn’t all he did. THAT outrageous action by Barack Obama came not long after he announced his plans to sign yet ANOTHER Executive Order, which will enable him to take over the INTERNET!

Obama has signaled his intention to push through his Internet agenda via executive order. This, after last week’s failed attempt to bring the Democrat-supported Cyber security Act of 2012 to a full vote in the U.S. Senate. The bill would have given federal regulatory agencies the ability to mandate cyber security recommendations on critical infrastructure power and utility companies.
As reported in The Hill, responding to a question about whether President Obama was considering advancing his party’s cyber-plan through an executive order, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney didn’t rule out the possibility. “In the wake of congressional inaction and Republican stall tactics, unfortunately, we will continue to be hamstrung by outdated and inadequate statutory authorities that the legislation would have fixed,” Carney said. And John Brennan, Obama’s counter terrorism adviser, said at an event at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, “If the Congress is not going to act on something like this, then the president wants to make sure that we’re doing everything possible.” DO YOU GET THAT? OBAMA AND HIS MINIONS WANT FULL CONTROL OF THE INTERNET… AND OBAMA IS ONCE AGAIN WILLING TO SIGN EXECUTIVE ORDERS TO TAKE POWER!
He just doesn’t seem to stop! The threat to take over the Internet came hot on the heels of another Executive Order, signed by Obama last July, which ONCE AGAIN brings America a step closer to finding itself under MARTIAL LAW — this time by giving him dictator-type powers over ALL communications during any so-called “crisis” that he might declare!
As reported by “Tea Party Economist” blogger, Dr. Gary North:
“Obama has signed an executive order outlining the nationalization of the entire communications system. It is written in bureaucratese. I have no doubt that it was not understood by Obama. It is too detailed. It sets up a powerful new bureaucracy. The language is limited to a national emergency. But an emergency on this scale is almost inconceivable. The government never discusses what could justify an executive order this comprehensive.
If such a threat to the nation (and the world) really exists, the voters should be given a detailed description of its nature. Congress should debate this. Solving it should be a high national priority. If the answer is, “discussing this would create panic,” then democracy is a sham. If the answer is, “we don’t know what might happen, so we are asserting total control in advance,” then this executive order should never have been signed. It transfers too much power to bureaucrats to determine when to implement it.
As Dr. North declares, “This is no longer a nation run by the Constitution.”
The executive order itself is long, and very few people will actually bother to read it. But what it does is very clear: it authorizes the White House to take over the entire communications system, simply on “the authority of the President.”
The bottom line is this: Obama thinks that this power belongs to the President.
We’ve seen this coming. We even reported on how a government “whistle blower” inside the Obama regime blew the lid off of why Barack Hussein Obama has signed all of these Executive Orders that give him the power to declare martial law across America!
According to this whistle blower, Obama, through the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other agencies and “czars,” is plotting a major “Reichstag” event to generate racial riots and produce the justification for martial law!
This DHS whistle blower informed the Canada Free Press “that the DHS is actively preparing for massive social unrest inside the United States. He then corrected himself, stating that ‘a civil war’ is the more appropriate term. ‘Certain elements of the government are not only expecting and preparing for it, they are actually facilitating it.’”
A “Reichstag event” refers to a fire started in Germany’s legislature during Hitler’s rise to power. The fire allowed him to grab emergency powers and eliminate his opposition. While he blamed it on Communists, historians have long believed that Hitler started the fire himself.
According to the anonymous “whistle blower” inside Obama’s DHS, this “Reichstag event” would take the form of a staged assassination attempt against Barack Obama, “carefully choreographed” and manufactured by Obama operatives. It would subsequently be blamed on “white supremacists” and used to enrage the black community to rioting and looting, the DHS source warned.
The Obama administration would then use the violence and chaos they created as justification for the imposition of martial law in major urban cities in America, the creation of DHS checkpoints, restriction of travel, and more:
“The DHS takes their marching orders from the Obama administration, from Obama himself, but mostly from his un-appointed czars. And Jarrett, especially Valerie Jarrett. Don’t think for a minute that the administration is doing anything to stabilize events in the U.S. They are revolutionaries, and revolutionaries thrive on chaos,” he added.
This is getting TOO BIG to hide — now, even the MEDIA is starting to pick up on the shocking news:
Barack Hussein Obama has signed Executive Orders giving him the power to declare MARTIAL LAW in America!
On a recent episode of his Fox News show, Sean Hannity himself declared:
“Tonight… we shine the spotlight on an executive order that the White House was hoping that you would never learn about. Now, the President signed the National Defense Resources Preparedness [NDRP] executive order late Friday afternoon. And since that time, now the measure has been virtually ignored by the mainstream media. Now, the order essentially gives the president of the United States absolute power over any and all American resources during both times of peace and national crisis. Now, this includes, but it’s not limited to food and livestock, water, plants, energy, health resources, transportation and construction materials and gives the government the ability to, quote, ‘control the general distribution of any material, including applicable services in this civilian market.’”
Hannity then went on to discuss how “this would give the President of the United States the authority to declare basically Martial Law during times of peace. And to be sure, this is simply the latest string of actions taken by the administration that ignore the basic principles of our constitution.”
Barack Obama is OUT OF CONTROL — we MUST STOP HIM NOW!
As you can see, Obama’s preparations to institute MARTIAL LAW IN AMERICA are coming together quickly.
FIRST, he signed an Executive Order, for so-called “National Defense Resources Preparedness” — that would give him DICTATOR POWERS whenever he decides he “needs” them.
THEN, he signed ANOTHER “Executive Order”, this time to take control of America’s domestic natural gas production.
Then, he did it AGAIN — he signed YET ANOTHER Executive Order… declaring INTERNATIONAL LAW for the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!
As reported sarcastically by blogger Henry Shivley:
“On May 1, 2012, our Glorious Leader, Premier Barack Obama AKA Barry Soetoro AKA Barry the Rat, signed yet another Executive Order – Promoting International Regulatory Cooperation. This dictate is designed to standardize regulations between the United States and its so-called trading partners.
What is a regulation? A law. So what is actually being attempted here is a standardization of international law. It is an absolute violation of the Constitution for the United States to legislate our law outside of our borders.”
And what exactly can this unconstitutional Executive Order lead to? As Shivley states, “Considering the many international security agreements the traitors occupying our highest seats of power have entered into, this latest executive order can absolutely be used to institute gun confiscation laws/regulations, without any consent by our Congress or our Judicial. And once these foreign laws are brought to the United States under the various security agreements, foreign troops will be brought in to enforce the foreign laws upon the people of the United States.”
This Executive Order came hot on the heels of the one that Barack Obama signed to take control of America’s domestic natural gas production. As columnist Mac Slavo reports:
“While Americans focused their attention on the Colombian controversy involving U.S. Secret Service agents, prostitutes and excessive drinking, President Obama quietly signed his latest Presidential Executive Order.
The Supporting Safe and Responsible Development of Unconventional Domestic Natural Gas Resources Executive Order seeks to create what amounts to a Presidential super committee that will oversee the regulation and development of the ‘unconventional’ natural gas industry for the purpose of ensuring a long-term natural gas supply for the United States, as well as to do so in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.”
So now, by Presidential decree alone, the federal government can “coordinate action” through thirteen core federal agencies against any domestic natural gas production facility — all according to standards determined to be “appropriate” not by law, but because of political agenda.
Moreover, because a key stated purpose of this Executive Order is to “ensure long-term supplies,” Barack Obama’s decree gives the federal government the ability to shut down gas production operations as THEY see fit, which can lead directly to government price fixing and centralized control of an essential natural energy resource.
While Obama’s Executive Order aims to curtail some of the practices of the hydraulic fracturing, or “fracking,” industry, it further expands government control over our lives through more centralization of power and bureaucracy.
THINGS ARE GETTING WORSE. As experts start to dig deeper into Barack Hussein Obama’s Executive Order for so-called “National Defense Resources Preparedness,” they are reporting just how bad this really is: OBAMA IS PREPARING TO DECLARE MARTIAL LAW IN AMERICA.

Under this order the heads of these cabinet level positions; Agriculture, Energy, Health and Human Services, Transportation, Defense and Commerce can take food, livestock, fertilizer, farm equipment, all forms of energy, water resources, all forms of civil transportation (meaning any vehicles, boats, planes), and any other materials, including construction materials from wherever they are available. This is probably why the government has been visiting farms with GPS devices, so they know exactly where to go when they turn this one on.
Specifically, the government is allowed to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate. They decide what necessary or appropriate means.

As we said, Barack Hussein Obama signed a Presidential Executive Order, which would give him the powers of a DICTATOR — whenever HE thinks it’s “necessary” to institute MARTIAL LAW!
According to press reports, “A White House order updating federal emergency powers has raised alarm among some conservative commentators, and U.S. Rep. Sandy Adams, that President Barack Obama is attempting to grab unconstitutional powers.”
A columnist with The Washington Times declared the mid-March order — an update of a 60-year-old document outlining the president’s authority in a national emergency — “stunning in its audacity and a flagrant violation of the Constitution.” The conservative Drudge Report website linked to it with the headline, “Martial Law?”
And Adams, R-Orlando, said it “leaves the door open for the president to give himself control over American resources during both times of peace, and national crisis.”
It’s almost unbelievable what Barack Hussein Obama is trying to do — BUT IT’S TRUE. According to a bombshell article in the Washington Times, “President Obama has given himself the powers to declare martial law — especially in the event of a war with Iran. It is a sweeping power grab that should worry every American.”
On March 16, the White House released an executive order, “National Defense Resources Preparedness.” The document is stunning in its audacity and a flagrant violation of the Constitution. It states that, in case of a war or national emergency, the federal government has the authority to take over almost every aspect of American society. Food, livestock, farming equipment, manufacturing, industry, energy, transportation, hospitals, health care facilities, water resources, defense and construction — all of it could fall under the full control of Mr. Obama. The order empowers the president to dispense these vast resources as he sees fit during a national crisis.
In short, according to the Times, the order gives Barack Obama the ability to IMPOSE MARTIAL LAW: “He now possesses the potential powers of a dictator. The order is a direct assault on individual liberties, private property rights and the rule of law. It is blatantly unconstitutional. The executive branch is arrogating responsibilities precluded by the Constitution without even asking the permission of Congress. The order gives Mr. Obama a blank check to erect a centralized authoritarian state.”
But why this — and why now?
SIMPLE — because he’s about to provoke a confrontation with IRAN, which could give him the excuse to implement martial law in America:
“Obama may be ready to launch devastating airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities. If that should happen, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has promised massive retaliation. American troops will be targeted by Iranian proxies in Iraq and Afghanistan. American embassies will be struck across the Middle East and North Africa. Most ominously, Iranian-backed Hezbollah cells could launch devastating terrorist attacks in major U.S. cities, killing numerous citizens. The war may well come home, triggering domestic chaos. These are the very real risks of a major conflict with Iran.”
As columnist Jeffrey Kuhner notes, “The president does not – and should not – have the authority to subordinate the entire private economy to the government, especially without the consent of Congress and the American people. It is national socialism masquerading as military security. This is why conservatives — those who are serious about defending our constitutional republic – should demand that the executive order be repealed immediately.” THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED TO DO — RIGHT NOW!
Thankfully, there are Members of Congress who are standing UP for the U.S. Constitution. For example, in the last session, Rep. Sandy Adams (R-FL) introduced H. Con. Res. 110 in response to President Obama’s blatant attempt to go around the Constitution and institute martial law if HE thinks it’s “necessary.”
In introducing her bill, Rep. Adams stated, “President Obama issued a National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order on March 16, 2012 that raises some serious concerns in its wording and intent. The order has historically been based on the Defense Production Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. 2061 et seq.). However, unlike previous presidents, President Obama’s executive order broadens the definition of ‘national defense.’ This leaves the door open for the president to give himself control over American resources during both times of peace, and national crisis. In response to the order, I have introduced a resolution to make it clear the president cannot use this as an excuse to abuse his executive power.”
Rep. Adams’ bill never got a full vote — because she needed a lot more co-sponsors to get the bill to the floor. So this session, we’re going to need a much bigger push to get any anti-martial law bill passed. THAT’S WHERE YOU AND I COME IN!

I recently received a report being distributed by a Sherrie Wilcox of Tennessee. She had taken photographs of DHS armored vehicles being delivered from Kentucky to Tennessee. What makes this interesting is that the drivers were not AMERICAN military, but rather FOREIGN military troops driving these vehicles.

When American people spoke to these foreign drivers, they detected they were either Russian or Eastern European/Slavic in background. Many Americans are wondering what this is all about. I will tell you exactly what this is all about, from years of research across America, and traveling to Europe to uncover more of the role of foreign troops in America’s grim future. When I first began to research this subject of the NWO agenda and America’s future, I began receiving reports of how FOREIGN TROOPS would be used to do the dirty work that American military would naturally feel uncomfortable performing against their fellow Americans under martial law.
After I heard that Holloman AFB in Alamogordo, NM, had been turned over to the GERMAN BUNDESWEHR LUFTWAFFE (German Air Force) for their military use and training of German pilots, I decided to go down to Alamogordo to see what was unfolding. Six weeks were spent in interviewing both American and German troops in Alamogordo. I also went live on radio with Mike Shinaberry to discuss martial law in America and the role of foreign troops, including German troops. My book then in print, “PREMONITIONS OF AN AMERICAN HOLOCAUST,” was also being distributed at that time there. IN fact, the Germans sent one of their military men to purchase a copy of my book at the radio station. I came away from that sobering experience very enlightened…and also shaken. I remember thinking, “SO it IS true…everything I have been reading about the NWO and martial law!” German military were actually bragging at times to the Americans, that they were indeed there for martial law. One German military officer informed a Christian group out for Sunday buffet after church, that they were there to do the dirty work that the American troops did not want to do to their fellow Americans under martial law. “Don’t you know WHY your President keeps sending more and more of your American troops OUT of America, and bringing in more of us GERMAN military? He knows that UNDER MARTIAL LAW, your American soldiers don’t really want to arrest or fire upon you or seize your weapons, but he knows WE GERMANS WON’T HAVE A PROBLEM!” Concerned people throughout Alamogordo admitted that the Germans acted as if they had come there to take over. And in fact, they WERE there to take over someday!
One man told me he found out from a CIA source that Alamogordo was already under UNITED NATIONS JURISDICTION…but that it was being kept a secret from the city. One owner of a construction company informed me that large prison units were being built in the desert outside Alamogordo. They were empty at that time. We both sensed that they were going to be used for future incarceration of NWO resisters under martial law.
I traveled to Germany after this, to spend six months investigating the future role of German and UN/NATO troops in America someday. I stayed in a campground in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the Bavarian Alps. Garmisch is the home to the MARSHALL CENTER. This is a military installation totally devoted to bringing forth the NEW WORLD ORDER on a large military scale, working closely with the UN and NATO forces. General George C. Marshall, after whom this facility was named, was a full supporter of globalism and the NWO vision.
Every five-six weeks or so, they would graduate foreign military attendees who were being indoctrinated in the military NWO agenda for the world, and America as well.

I spent time in their library. Magazine publications that you would never find openly in America, I discovered on their shelves. Such truth is hidden from the general public in America. A particularly revealing magazine was published by the United Nations. This magazine openly spoke about the NEW WORLD ORDER agenda, and how former Yugoslavia was in fact a “NWO EXPERIMENT” designed to totally control this nation by the UN. They did this by dividing Yugoslavia up into various regions (4) to be enforced by various UN/NATO troops.
UN/NATO troops in former Yugoslavia practiced how to seize and confiscate all weapons from “freedom fighters” and “insurgents” who refused to surrender their nation’s sovereignty to the UN. I viewed photos of UN tanks operated by German Bundeswehr, as they rolled over piles of weapons seized from freedom fighters, crushing them.
I saw photographs of UN/NATO troop checkpoints established to detect all resisters, gun owners, and others who somehow posed a threat to their UN agenda. Articles were written telling of how vehicles with loudspeakers blaring the message, “Surrender your weapons…you cannot possibly succeed in fighting us….” traveled throughout the communities there. Today, I want to inform my fellow Americans, that THESE are the kinds of foreign military troops you are now witnessing delivering DHS armored vehicles across our nation today. There is nothing mysterious about it. These are the foreign troops that have been trained in such activities, both in the MARSHALL CENTER in Germany, and who have trained and practiced in former Yugoslavia and Kosovo (and many other regions worldwide) as well. They have been trained to enforce the UN/NWO agenda for the WORLD.
The recent articles I have read about these DHS vehicles in Kentucky and Tennessee, describe the foreign troops as “Russian.” I want to state emphatically that while there will be Russian/Ukrainian troops on American soil under martial law, there will also be many others as well. These foreign UN/NATO troops may consist of German Bundeswehr forces, or Slavic/Eastern European forces. At times, someday you will even see Russian and Chinese forces throughout America as well. Most Americans cannot tell the difference between Russian/Ukrainian language, and similar yet different Slavic languages such as Czech. Nor can most Americans properly identify Romanian, Bulgarian, and other Eastern European languages. I have personally worked among such foreign peoples in my years of studying Russian and working with Slavic peoples and Eastern European, as I performed Christian outreach among them. I have learned how to detect such people both by languages and by facial features. There is a distinct Russian or Slavic/European appearance that is often readily discernible.
It is time to take the mystique away from what is unfolding across America concerning foreign troop presence. Unknown to the American people, secret treaties have been formed with many foreign nations and their military, to invade and infiltrate America for the NEW WORLD ORDER GLOBALIST AGENDA. And they are now also being quietly infiltrated throughout America under the guise presently of working with DHS. Such foreign military have indeed been trained in the MARSHALL CENTER in Germany, and also in our own military bases at various times and locations as well. There are other UN/NWO training facilities throughout the world also. In the minds of the world globalists, “AMERIKA” UNDER MARTIAL LAW AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER is already a given…a “done deal.”

America is veering towards dictatorship, Supreme court justices and top government officials warn
(NaturalNews) When you hear some pundit or historian compare the loss of democratic republican rule currently taking place in the United States with how it happened in ancient Rome, you may be tempted to shrug it off as hyperbole or over dramatization.
When you hear a U.S. Supreme Court Justice and other top government officials use the comparison, it should alarm you tremendously because they are, in essence, firing a warning shot.
In a recent Q & A with students of the University of New Hampshire, former Justice David Souter made the comparison above, along with several other observations that he says all add up to a potential loss of democratic government – and freedom – for Americans at some point in the future.
When a former Supreme Court Justice is worried about our loss of democracy…
Souter made his comments during a lengthy response to a student’s question: “My question tonight is really around where we started this conversation, which was really around the schools… And, I’ve heard a lot this evening about democratic principles, civic engagement, and I guess I’m wondering…if you could share with us your thoughts about what the appropriate role and, probably, responsibility as well of our schools to produce civically engaged students?”
I don’t believe there is any problem of American politics and American life, which is more significant today, than the pervasive civic ignorance of the Constitution of the United States and the structure of government. (This response earned Souter a round of applause)
We know, with pretty reliable evidence, that two-thirds of the people of the United States do not know that we have three separate branches of government. I remember…a survey back four or five years ago in which a substantial percentage of Americans believed that the Supreme Court … was a committee of the Congress. It didn’t used to be this bad.
Starting about 1970, the teaching of “Civics” went into decline from which it has never significantly recovered… The reason I said it is the most significant problem that we’ve got is that I think some of the aspects of current American government that people on both sides find frustrating are in part a function…of the inability of people to understand how government can and should function. It is a product of civic ignorance.
And what worries Souter the most about America’s future?
I don’t worry about our losing a republican government in the United States because I’m afraid of a foreign invasion. I don’t worry about it because of a coup by the military, as has happened in some other places. What I worry about is that when problems are not addressed people will not know who is responsible, and when the problems get bad enough – as they might do for example with another serious terrorist attack, as they might do with another financial meltdown – some one person will come forward and say: “Give me total power and I will solve this problem.”
That is how the Roman republic fell. Augustus became emperor not because he arrested the Roman senate. He became emperor because he promised that he would solve problems that were not being solved.

Others are equally concerned, and with good reason
Souter’s not the only former Supreme Court Justice to warn of a coming dictatorship. In a 2006 speech at Georgetown University, former Justice Sandra Day O’Connor said the right wing of U.S. politics was endangering the country’s future, following a warning by then-GOP House leader Rep. Tom DeLay of Texas, who said some justices could be impeached:
We must be ever-vigilant against those who would strong-arm the judiciary. … It takes a lot of degeneration before a country falls into dictatorship, but we should avoid these ends by avoiding these beginnings.
Former Sen. Frank Church, D-Idaho, who chaired the Senate Foreign Intelligence Committee and convened the famous “Church Committee,” which scrutinized an unlawful counterintelligence operation run by the FBI, said this in 1975:
The [National Security Agency's] capability at any time could be turned around on the American people, and no American would have any privacy left, such is the capability to monitor everything: telephone conversations, telegrams, it doesn’t matter. There would be no place to hide. [If a dictator ever took over, the N.S.A.] could enable it to impose total tyranny, and there would be no way to fight back.
It should be noted that, as Natural News has reported, the NSA is currently completing a massive $2 billion facility in Utah that will give the agency the capacity to intercept, decipher, analyze, and store incredible amounts of data gathered from the world over, grabbing communications as they beam down from satellites and race through underground and undersea cables domestically and overseas. That program, codenamed Stellar Wind, was described as patently unconstitutional by a former NSA official, William Binney, who left the agency in 2001, shortly after the NSA launched its warrantless wiretapping program.
“They violated the Constitution setting it up,” he told Wired.com in an interview. “But they didn’t care. They were going to do it anyway, and they were going to crucify anyone who stood in the way. When they started violating the Constitution, I couldn’t stay.”
Even the Washington Post describes it like something out of Orwell’s 1984. The FCC has approved a presidential alert system. Obama may soon appear on your television or call your cell phone to warn you about the next specious al-Qaeda underwear bombing event.
Commissioners voted last week to require television and radio stations, cable systems and satellite TV providers to participate in a test that would have them receive and transmit a live code that includes an alert message issued by the president. No date has been set for the test, according to the Post.
Once again, the government has imposed an unreasonable and absurd mandate on business and the American people.
“The Federal Communications Commission today took action to help pave the way for the first-ever Presidential alert to be aired across the United States on the Nation’s Emergency Alert System (EAS),” the FCC announced on February 3 in a press release. “The national test will help determine the reliability of the EAS system and its effectiveness in notifying the public of emergencies and potential danger nationwide and regionally.”
As Next Generation EAS systems become operational over the next few years, they will complement other public alert and warning systems now being developed, including FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) and the Commercial Mobile Alert System that will enable consumers to receive alerts through a variety of multi-media platforms on their smart-phones, blackberries and other mobile broadband devices.
